It uses 16 tubes (2100mm each) to heat a 200 litre tank rated to handle water hardness up to 2000 ppm. It is a gravity-fed, non-pressurized system.
Built for hard water the 2000 ppm rating. This is the number that decides the purchase across most of South India. The inner tank is galvanised iron with a glass coating, and that coating is a physical barrier between your water and the metal.
